CPAP/ BIPAP Machines
CPAP is the administration of positive pressure to the airways. This therapy is used to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) – a blockage of the upper airway during sleep due to the collapse of the soft tissue in the back of the oral pharynx.
BiLevel therapy is for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) to be managed by the patient/caregiver at their place of residence. BiLevel therapy utilizes two pressures to manage the obstruction: Inspiratory Positive Airway Pressure (IPAP) and Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure (EPAP).
Our clinicians provide thorough instruction of the equipment and supplies while fitting for the best mask to maximize comfort and compliance.
